As a teacher candidate, and as a future teacher, it is my utmost priority to uphold the professional standards outlined in the attached document. Not only will I strive to maintain, and exceed, this level of professionalism while in a school setting, I recognize the importance of preserving this professionalism out of school. I value the opportunity for professional development, ensuring I am up-to-date with best practices, always learning and growing into a better version of myself. I commit to taking the time to effectively plan for my students, providing inclusive environments that provide the opportunity for all learners to be challenged. I recognize that parents and families know their child best and that they are a valuable part of their child’s education.
